Role Description This is a full‑time on‑site role located in Memphis, TN, for an Outside Sales Representative. The role requires generating sales through service calls and visits to existing and potential customers, managing sales activities, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and providing tailored solutions to meet customers’ unique needs. The representative will travel daily within the assigned territory, maintain updated records of sales activities and customer interactions, and meet or exceed sales targets.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales, including generating leads and closing deals
Strong customer service skills, including building and maintaining relationships with customers
Knowledge of truck and trailer parts and the heavy‑duty aftermarket is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel daily within the assigned territory
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
