Responsibilities
Engage with small business owners/merchants within your assigned territory to offer customized Point-of-Sale (POS) systems and payment processing solutions (in collaboration with partner financial institutions).
Generate your own leads and grow your book of business through outbound efforts and strategic networking.
Qualifications
Sales experience in a quota-driven environment working with small business clients.
Field Sales / Outside Sales experience.
Experience with face-to-face meetings, cold calling, prospecting, and independent lead generation.
Prior experience selling to small businesses and the ability to prospect for new clients in that market. Backgrounds such as telecom services, work uniforms, cleaning supplies, office supplies, merchant services, security monitoring solutions, logistics/transportation services, and commercial maintenance contracts are acceptable.
