Territory Account Manager (Pump, Power & HVAC) Location: Austin, TX.

Pay:

$70,000 – $400,000+ Total Compensation (Uncapped commission with no market restrictions + base salary)

Primary Responsibilities

Territory management of a geographical area: full‑sales strategy execution from market analysis, sales forecasting, pipeline management and revenue growth to contract negotiation and customer retention.

Quickly respond to inbound leads and requests. Familiar with CRM systems.

New business development and client acquisition/ account development: expand the existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals, educating them on how EquipmentShare saves money, increases profits and operates more efficiently.

Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure 100% satisfaction with our service and support. Keep them updated on new solutions.

Promptly respond to and resolve customer inquiries, requests, complaints or other communications. Conduct sales presentations to prospective and existing customers.

Develop new sales strategies and techniques to increase market share and improve customer experience.

Skills & Qualifications

Tenacious and innovative with superior outside‑sales experience and a proven sales track record.

Industry knowledge in Pump, Power & HVAC (power generation, fluid solutions, heating & cooling solutions) rental or construction – B2B sales preferred.

Ability to lift, carry and place objects weighing up to 50 lb without assistance.

Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving skills.

Technical aptitude to adapt to the fast pace of a growing company and stay continuously educated on EquipmentShare products and services.

Competitive, self‑motivated, results‑driven, thrives in a team‑oriented environment.

Ability to manage strategic and national accounts.
