Outside Sales Representative – Lexington, KY
Japanese Precision Machinery Company is looking for a full‑time Outside Sales Representative to join our Lexington, KY location. The role involves generating new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets within an assigned territory.

Essential Duties
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Conduct face‑to‑face meetings with potential and existing clients to present our products/services.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
Negotiate contracts and close deals.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline in our CRM system.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer support.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
Attend trade shows and industry events to represent the company and generate leads.
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
Proven track record of success in outside sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong time management and organizational abilities.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Knowledge of Japanese (any level) would be a plus (not required).
Compensation Base salary range: $60,000–$70,000. Additional territory and target‑based incentives may apply.
Employment Type Contract (Entry level).
