The
Regional Sales Manager (RSM)
will lead business development efforts across
independent automotive dealerships in Ohio and surrounding states . This role combines consultative solution-selling with relationship building, focusing on expanding the company’s footprint and maximizing client ROI. The ideal candidate has a strong SaaS or automotive sales background, thrives in an autonomous environment, and brings a passion for helping dealerships modernize their operations. Key Responsibilities
Drive new business development and outbound prospecting to grow the independent dealer client base. Deliver on revenue and growth targets while ensuring exceptional client satisfaction. Build trusted relationships with dealership owners, general managers, and key decision-makers. Conduct effective product demos and sales presentations highlighting value and ROI. Collaborate with Account Management and Client Services teams to deliver seamless implementation and support. Manage the full sales cycle, including forecasting, CRM updates, and contract execution. Leverage analytics and BI tools to refine territory strategy and identify growth opportunities. Qualifications
Required: Proven track record in
SaaS, software, or automotive technology sales . Strong organizational and time-management skills; thrives in an independent, remote environment. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities. Proficiency with CRM systems ( Salesforce preferred ) and virtual collaboration platforms (Teams, Slack, etc.). Preferred: Experience selling to
automotive dealerships
or DMV-related entities. Familiarity with
Title & Registration or compliance software . Compensation & Benefits
