This position is pending contract award. Responsibilities
Lead the system administration efforts for TTC server and client environments, ensuring secure and efficient operations. Act as the primary point of contact for the TTC system, providing technical guidance and leadership to team members. Develop and implement processes for proactive monitoring, maintenance, and issue resolution to enhance system performance and reliability. Perform administrative tasks involving TTC server and client hardware, software, applications, and configurations. Ensure the Trusted Thin Client system is operating efficiently and securely, contributing directly to mission-critical operations. Implement network security protocols and enforce cybersecurity best practices to safeguard sensitive information. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing immediate and sustainable solutions for the TTC system. Manage a 24/7 operational environment that provides on-call support as needed and coordinate responses to incidents and maintenance needs. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive collaboration and integration of TTC systems across broader operational initiatives. Mentor junior team members by sharing expertise, fostering a learning environment, and providing performance feedback. Develop training programs and documentation for both internal team members and end users, ensuring consistency in system understanding and usage. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at various levels to provide updates, resolve issues, and drive system improvements. Global travel up to 10%. Qualifications
Active, in-scope US Government issued
Top Secret
clearance with SCI eligibility. US Citizenship is required. DoD 8140 IAT Level 2 (Security+ or higher); and Citrix Certified Associate Virtualization (CCAV) or Citrix Certified Associate Networking (CCAN), or equivalent certification. Minimum of 3 years of experience in supervising personnel. Education: Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Computer Engineering or related field, and 4 years\' software development/engineering experience; or an Associate\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Computer Engineering or related field, and 6 years software development/engineering experience; or 8 years\' experience in software development/engineering.
