Outside Sales Representative

to join a growing team serving clients across North Carolina. This is a full-time opportunity with competitive compensation, benefits, and commission incentives.

Base Pay Range $60,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr

Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within industrial, manufacturing, and OEM sectors

Develop and maintain strategic relationships with decision-makers, engineers, and plant managers

Present technical solutions and product capabilities to new and existing customers

Prepare proposals, quotes, and conduct contract negotiations

Collaborate with internal teams to align solutions with customer needs

Meet or exceed sales targets and maintain accurate records in CRM systems

Provide exceptional customer service and technical support, including onsite visits as needed

Qualifications

3+ years of B2B sales experience in industrial, manufacturing, distribution, OEM, or related environments

Technical background in machining, fabrication, hydraulics, or industrial products preferred

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

Proven track record of achieving sales goals and building strong professional relationships

Ability to read and interpret technical information; strategic and persuasive communication style

Self‑motivated, energetic, and customer‑focused

Willingness to travel within North Carolina, will be visiting customers frequently within a 2‑3 hour range

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)

Competitive base salary plus commission, 4‑6% of gross sales plus base
