Job Type Full‑time
Position Responsibilities
Greet prospective residents and provide detailed community tours.
Provide excellent administrative support including processing new applications and lease renewals, preparing renewal letters, maintaining a monthly renewal log to closely monitor occupancy, and organizing and maintaining resident files per company procedure.
Handle signing of leases, walking apartments for move‑ins and show‑able units.
Assist new residents during the move‑in process – explain lease agreement, community rules, location of amenities, and a walk through of their new home at time of moving in.
Assist the Property Manager in developing and implementing effective marketing goals to increase traffic and leads, and innovative strategies that build positive buzz and key connections with current residents and prospects.
Requirements
High School / GED education required.
2–4 years of experience in a luxury multifamily apartment community.
Must have strong organizational abilities, customer service skills, and an attention to detail.
Ability to work within a team.
Microsoft Office experience.
Bilingual a plus.
Yardi experience a plus.
Must be familiar with Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other laws and regulations governing multi‑family housing operations.
Customer service first attitude. Professional, courteous, and friendly demeanor.
Proactive self‑starter and a team‑player.
Ability to communicate clearly with residents and staff.
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive salary (approximately $50,000–$55,000 BOE).
