Principal IT Analyst – Oracle Fusion SCM
Principal IT Applications Analyst responsible for the configuration, implementation, maintenance, and ongoing support of Oracle Supply Chain IT applications and Oracle Fusion ERP. Requires expertise in Oracle ERP systems, architecture, integration, performance monitoring, and the ability to lead strategic initiatives that improve user experience and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
Lead technical configuration and deployment of Oracle Supply Chain modules within Oracle Fusion ERP.
Manage integrations with other enterprise applications, including middleware, APIs, and EDI configurations.
Develop and implement customizations, extensions, and workflows using Oracle ADF, BPM, and related tools.
Collaborate with IT and business teams to design scalable solutions, create documentation, test plans, and deployment strategies.
Coordinate ongoing maintenance, monitor performance, and ensure high availability and reliability of applications.
Manage application upgrades, patches, and security configurations while adhering to change‑management protocols.
Provide technical support, root cause analysis, and resolution of complex system issues.
Monitor system metrics and performance indicators to proactively identify areas for optimization.
Follow IT project documentation standards and compliance guidelines.
Work with the IOPS IT team and vendors on roadmap development and functional deployments.
Potentially oversee a small team of specialists and vendor relationships.
Serve as SME or spokesperson during regulatory inspections.
Lead continuous improvement of GMP training programs, including SOP training assessment and on‑the‑job training.
Maintain strong relationships with key business leaders to ensure adoption and operational applicability of key processes and programs.
Qualifications
Advanced knowledge of Oracle Fusion ERP, including Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, and Manufacturing modules.
Expertise in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle BI Publisher, and OTBI.
Experience with integration platforms such as Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), middleware, and APIs.
Strong understanding of regulatory guidelines, GMP compliance, and experience supporting audits and inspections.
Proven track record managing complex ERP implementations, upgrades, and customizations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
BS/BA in Information Technology or related field.
8+ years of progressive industry/relevant experience (Principal level) and 10+ years for Staff level.
Experience in pharmaceuticals, life sciences, or medical device manufacturing highly preferred.
