Job Description As a Security Officer – Healthcare Patrol Response PT, you will patrol assigned areas at healthcare sites to deter security incidents, provide a visible presence, and support a safe and welcoming environment. You will use the company’s proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts and will have the flexibility to build a schedule that fits your availability.

Saturday 04:00 PM – 12:00 AM, Sunday 04:00 PM – 12:00 AM
What You’ll Do
Use the proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites.
Support operations across environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education.
Receive site‑specific training and guidance from experienced teams.
Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service.
Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise.
Responsibilities
Provide customer service by carrying out security‑related procedures and site‑specific policies, and responding to emergency situations at healthcare locations.
Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly, maintaining a secure environment for staff, patients, and visitors.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
Observe and report any security‑related incidents, hazards, or unusual activity encountered during patrols or while on post.
Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits, verifying credentials, and directing visitors as needed.
Collaborate with healthcare staff and/or law enforcement during incidents or emergencies, following established protocols.
Document all activities, observations, and incidents clearly and accurately in daily reports.

Availability across various days and shifts.
Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments.
A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company.
Interest in transitioning into full‑time roles when available.
Minimum Requirements
At least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Eligible for a background investigation in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
Will undergo a drug screen as required by law.
May need a valid driver’s license for driving positions (not required for this role).
