Job Description Summary
This position coordinates the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident‑retention goals through leasing activities, resident satisfaction, and lease renewals.
Job Description
Performs all sales and leasing activities to achieve occupancy and revenue goals by greeting and qualifying prospects, conducting tours, processing applications, and preparing lease packages.
Inspects apartments prior to move‑in and coordinates with maintenance for any needed repairs.
Stays informed about market conditions and implements marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
Designs and executes marketing activities, including resident referral programs and internet marketing tools.
Uses property‑management software to track availability, record activity, and manage resident data.
Maintains show‑unit standards and merchandising for daily leasing activity.
Follows up with prospects and residents to ensure satisfaction and finalize lease decisions.
Supports the lease renewal program by preparing renewal letters and ensuring timely execution.
Responds promptly and courteously to resident concerns and documents issues for appropriate resolution.
Required Licenses or Certifications
All licenses and certifications required by state and local jurisdictions.
Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.
The hourly range for this position is $18.00 – $19.00.
Additional Compensation
Potential eligibility for quarterly or annual bonus programs based on individual and company performance.
Eligible for weekly, monthly, or quarterly bonus programs for onsite property positions.
