Location Embassy Suites by Hilton, San Luis Obispo, CA.
Responsibilities
Welcome guests with a warm attitude and provide outstanding customer service.
Issue room keys and coordinate with Bell staff or guests.
Process incoming mail, messages, and reservations.
Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring accurate record keeping.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly.
Maintain a clean, organized front‑desk area and keep supplies stocked.
Assist with administrative duties such as phone calls, emails, and cash transactions.
Ensure security and safety procedures are followed.
Collaborate with other departments for a seamless guest experience.
Skills & Abilities
Excellent verbal communication and active listening.
Attention to detail with switches, keyboards, and cash handling.
Customer‑service focus with tact and courtesy toward public and staff.
Adaptability to changing environments and interruptions.
