We are seeking a proactive and hands‑on HSE Manager to lead and enhance our Health, Safety, and Environmental culture across the organization. This role is ideal for a driven professional who thrives on making an impact, building strong relationships, and ensuring our people, assets, and environment are always protected.
Key Responsibilities
Champion a safety‑first culture, ensuring compliance with local, state, and international HSE standards.
Develop, implement, and continuously improve HSE policies, procedures, processes, and training programs.
Lead incident investigations, root‑cause analysis, and corrective action planning.
Conduct regular audits, risk assessments, job safety analysis, and site inspections to maintain safe operations.
Crisis and Emergency Response team member.
Implementation and execution of all aspects of health, safety, and environmental.
Partner and collaborate with leadership and project teams to integrate HSE into business operations.
Act as a role model, mentor and advisor, empowering staff to take ownership of safety and environmental performance.
Prepare and present clear, actionable HSE reports to management.
Travel up to 30% to regional sites to ensure engagement, alignment, and consistency of HSE programs.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in occupational health & safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum of 5–7 years’ HSE experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Onshore and offshore oil & gas experience strongly preferred.
Certified Safety Professional (CSP) designation required.
Strong auditing experience with proven ability to drive corrective actions.
In-depth knowledge of OSHA, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and other industry standards.
Working knowledge of HSE Management Systems.
Knowledge of Human and Organizational Performance (HOP).
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to influence, coach, and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
