Were looking for a detail-oriented and organized Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing projects and ensure smooth day-to-day operations across departments.

Job Summary The Marketing Coordinator will assist in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing initiatives to support brand growth and client projects. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, creativity, and a passion for bringing marketing ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities

Support the development and coordination of marketing campaigns and promotional activities

Assist in preparing marketing materials, presentations, and client proposals

Track project timelines, deliverables, and approvals to ensure deadlines are met

Maintain and update marketing databases, contact lists, and internal documentation

Work closely with vendors and partners to coordinate print materials, signage, and promotional items

Prepare reports and summaries of marketing activities and performance metrics

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines

Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude
