Family Law Attorney – Phoenix, AZ Salary: $150,000 – $200,000 per year. Remote/hybrid schedule available.

About the Firm One of the top Family Law firms in Phoenix seeks an experienced Family Law Attorney to join our board‑certified team. We value mentorship and a dynamic, client‑focused practice.

Responsibilities

Represent clients in court and before government agencies, presenting evidence and advocating in civil litigation.

Manage all aspects of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, adoption, estate planning, and child support.

Conduct legal research, interpret laws, rulings, and regulations, and draft legal documents such as wills, trusts, contracts, and real‑estate agreements.

Negotiate settlements in civil disputes and counsel clients on their legal rights and responsibilities, maintaining regular communication.

Develop strategies and arguments for case presentation and collaborate with attorneys and support staff to achieve the best representation for clients.

Qualifications

Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school.

Admission to practice law in the state and in good standing with the state bar association.

Minimum of 2+ years of experience in family law, with a strong background in child custody, adoption, domestic relations, divorce, estate planning, and child support.

Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills; ability to communicate complex legal principles clearly.

Strong research, analytical, and problem‑solving skills, with proficiency in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

Professionalism, confidentiality, and effective collaboration in a hybrid work environment.
