The firm is seeking an experienced Construction Defect Attorney to join its growing team. Location Las Vegas, NV (Hybrid)
Base Pay Range $150,000.00/yr - $180,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
Manage a caseload of construction defect litigation matters from inception through resolution.
Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.
Conduct depositions, hearings, and court appearances.
Collaborate with clients, experts, and colleagues to develop strong case strategies.
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Active license to practice law in Nevada.
2+ years of experience in construction defect, insurance defense, or related litigation.
Salary and Other Compensation The annual salary for this position is between $150,000 – $180,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
