Responsibilities

Develop deep understanding of LillyUSA, Global, Consumer, and HCP Media data sources to create analyses, ensure analytic outputs align with business results, and communicate key outputs to decision makers.

Collaborate with analytics teammates and business units to deploy analytic solutions/products that enable data‑driven decisions.

Lead analytical projects in collaboration with global teammates located in Lilly Bengaluru; communicate outputs to partners and drive key business decisions.

Partner across the BI&A team to deliver analytics execution strategies and help shape a unified view of central, bespoke, product solutions across consumer marketing, HCP paid media, and central media operations.

Lead a variety of analytical projects, coordinate analytics outputs, and build relationships with business units and cross‑functional partners.

Key Objectives

Develop an understanding of Consumer and HCP media strategy, goals, challenges, and critical objectives to ensure analytics results align with broader strategy.

Identify, prioritize, and implement analytical solutions that provide data‑driven insights and meet business partner decision needs.

Translate business problems into clear analytics work plans and execute them to create significant results.

Articulate analytics value proposition to partners and identify novel analytics use‑case opportunities.

Translate analytic outputs into actionable business insights and maintain relationships with cross‑functional partners.

Work with data teams in the US and globally to understand available data sources, relationships, and limitations.

Partner to coordinate communication of sophisticated models in an easily digestible format and build organizational consensus for recommendations.

Independently query data and summarize key analytics results to answer ad‑hoc business questions quickly.

Ensure compliance with all privacy and contractual obligations related to data use.

Participate in other key initiatives and special projects as needed.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising, Marketing Insights, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Economics, Mathematics, or equivalent work experience.

5+ years of experience in analytics roles.

Qualified applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis; Lilly does not sponsor work authorization or visas for this role.

Additional Skills/Preferences

8+ years of experience in analytics.

Clear product‑led vision and understanding of functional jobs to be done.

Experience with industry ad‑servers and ad tech solutions (e.g., Adobe, DCM, Epsilon, TheTradeDesk, etc.).

Experience with PowerBI or other data visualization tools.

Talent in developing organizational training materials that drive analytics product adoption.

Consistent history in delivering complex cross‑functional projects and influencing leadership at all levels.

Additional Information

Travel Percentage: 10% or less.

Location: Indianapolis. Relocation may be provided if needed.

Travel: 10% or less.

Actual compensation will depend on a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic location. The anticipated wage for this position is $126,000 - $184,800. Full‑time employees also may be eligible for a company bonus and a comprehensive benefits program, including 401(k) participation, medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
