Executive Assistant – Wealth Management
Location:
Century City, CA (Onsite, Monday–Friday)
Compensation:
$80,000 – $90,000 base salary + bonus + benefits
A prestigious Wealth Management firm in Century City is seeking a poised, detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support five senior executives within a fast-paced, client-focused environment. The ideal candidate will bring exceptional organization, discretion, and professionalism, with the ability to anticipate needs and manage multiple priorities seamlessly. This is a full-time, onsite role working closely with high-level leadership and affluent clientele.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-touch administrative support to five C-suite and senior executives, maintaining proactive communication and follow-through.
Manage complex calendars, coordinate internal and client meetings, and ensure executives are fully prepared with agendas and materials.
Coordinate domestic and international travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and detailed itineraries.
Prepare, edit, and proof correspondence, presentations, and client-facing materials with impeccable attention to detail and confidentiality.
Process expense reports, vendor invoices, and reimbursements through the firm’s internal systems in a timely and accurate manner.
Support client engagement initiatives, including event coordination, meeting preparation, and follow-up communications.
Act as a liaison between executives, staff, and high-net-worth clients, handling inquiries with professionalism and discretion.
Assist with special projects, department initiatives, and internal reporting as needed.
Qualifications
Minimum of 3+ years’ experience supporting multiple senior executives, ideally within wealth management, finance, private banking, or professional services.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
High emotional intelligence and professional polish when interacting with clients and stakeholders.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce or similar).
Strong ability to prioritize competing demands and manage time effectively in a deadline-driven environment.
Discreet, trustworthy, and able to handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality.
