About the Role Gnosis Freight is seeking a results-oriented Product Marketing Manager (B2B) to partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing leadership to drive product positioning, market insights, and product enablement for our enterprise SaaS platform.

Reporting to the VP of Marketing, this role transforms technical and customer insights into actionable inputs that enable campaigns and content, working in close collaboration with leadership to maintain a cohesive brand voice.

The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands‑on—skilled at gathering and synthesizing technical details, customer insights, and market data into foundational product materials that enable marketing, sales, and thought leadership initiatives.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Product, Sales, Sales Engineering, and Customer Success to develop messaging, positioning, and enablement materials for new product launches and feature rollouts.

Create go-to-market playbooks that equip internal teams and partners with the resources needed to drive adoption and growth.

Develop ROI models, readiness assessments, and outcome-based tools (e.g., ROI calculators, expansion readiness quizzes) that help illustrate product value and drive upsell opportunities.

Content Development & Thought Leadership

Partner with product, engineering, and sales to develop product briefs, messaging guides, and data‑driven documentation that serve as the foundation for high-impact marketing assets and ROI-focused narratives.

Translate technical details and customer insights into clear, market-ready inputs that inform case studies, whitepapers, sales decks, and other thought leadership content.

Support speaking opportunities, blogs, and industry reports by gathering product insights.

Demand Generation & Campaigns

Develop product-specific inputs (positioning, messaging, target personas, feature/benefit narratives) that inform demand generation campaigns across the full funnel.

Collaborate with RevOps and Business Development teams to ensure marketing programs are driving qualified pipeline.

Provide ongoing product insights to strengthen campaign performance and ensure messaging resonates with enterprise buyers.

Conduct competitive analysis and market research to guide positioning and inform marketing programs.

Translate customer insights into clear messaging and differentiated value propositions.

Develop tools, templates, and training sessions to help Sales articulate the value of our products.

Partner closely with Account Executives and Sales Engineers to refine messaging and respond to evolving customer needs.

Qualifications

3‑5+ years of experience in B2B enterprise SaaS marketing, with proven success in product marketing or demand generation roles.

Strong analytical and sensemaking skills with the ability to translate complex product details and customer data into clear business outcomes and ROI-driven narratives for executive and non-executive audiences.

Demonstrated experience developing ROI models, customer outcome frameworks, or analytical tools that support go-to-market efforts.

Comfortable working cross‑functionally with Product, Sales, and Customer Success.

Self‑starter with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high-growth environment.

Logistics, supply chain, or enterprise SaaS industry experience preferred.
