About The Role As Group Account Manager, you manage and grow Freed’s B2B customer base of medical groups. You oversee onboarding, troubleshooting, technical support, and expansion to ensure our promise of being the most clinician‑friendly company is delivered.
How You’ll Have Impact
Lead the set‑up and execution of a B2B customer management playbook, from onboarding to expansion.
Proactively engage customers to maximize product usage.
Identify and close expansion opportunities.
Provide ongoing support across your portfolio of accounts.
What You’ll Bring
5‑8 years of relevant experience managing high‑profile customer accounts.
Strong customer‑service toolkit in fast‑paced, low‑process environments.
Expertise in medium‑to‑large account management and proven expansion record.
High motivation, self‑direction, and accountability.
Ability to manage both customer delight and dissatisfaction.
Nice to Haves
Experience in early‑stage, high‑growth companies.
Familiarity with advanced technology and AI products.
Experience in cross‑functional, highly collaborative asynchronous teams.
