Join the EMEA Sales Manager role at Nordson Corporation, a global leader in metrology equipment and inspection systems, to drive revenue and gross margin for our Optical Sensors and Metrology (OSM) Systems product lines across the EMEA region.

Role and Responsibilities
Develop and pursue new business and market opportunities and manage project activity and customer relationships to achieve revenue and growth objectives set for the Systems Product Lines.
Manage relationships at direct accounts, including OEMs, to optimize revenue and gross margin.
Manage channel partners (manufacturers’ representatives and distributors) to optimize revenue and gross margin.
Review distribution network in territory and continually improve channel performance, replacing or upgrading under‑performing representatives and distributors.
Plan and participate in trade shows to promote products and create opportunities.
Maintain accurate customer profiles in the CRM system and provide reporting on sales activities, short‑term and long‑term sales forecasts.
Collect relevant market information, including technology trends, competitor developments and emerging markets for feedback to product management teams.
Technical Responsibilities
Coordinate product demonstrations and evaluations that lead to a sale, either directly or through the distribution team.
Summarize technical situations or business opportunities and share with management and internal stakeholders via our CRM platform.
Participate in the global applications forum and communicate new product applications to resolve customer problems.
Apply Return‑On‑Investment analysis based on global use cases with customers to promote the use of product lines within the customer base.
Provide product training to customers and channel partners as required.
Support continuous improvement and innovation by providing feedback to product and engineering teams, reporting problems and suggesting enhancements.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or above (engineering or scientific degree preferred).
5‑8 years of experience in a similar technical sales role with business development experience (a plus).
Experience in PCBA, semiconductor backend, or process/equipment engineering preferred.
Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional language skills in German, French, Italian, or others are a plus.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills working with customers and internal stakeholders.
Proactive, aggressive, self‑driven and results oriented.
Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams) and a CRM package (Salesforce, C4C, etc.).
Travel
Within EMEA: 50% to 65%; Internationally: 5%.
