The Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, and closing sales. Daily tasks include assisting customers in selecting products, explaining product features and benefits, and processing sales transactions. The role also involves training new staff members and participating in sales meetings to strategize and improve sales performance.
Qualifications
Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
Strong Sales skills and the ability to close deals effectively
Experience in Training new staff members
Proficiency in Sales Management
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Previous experience in the powersports industry is a plus
