B2B Sales Account Executive (PEO, HRO, or ASO)
REQUIRES RESIDENCY IN OR NEAR LOUISVILLE, KY.
We are looking for a driven and experienced Account Executive with a strong background in B2B sales within the HR outsourcing or PEO (Professional Employer Organization) space. This individual will play a key role in developing new business opportunities by offering organizations comprehensive HR solutions including payroll, benefits administration, compliance, risk management, and HR technology.
This is a high-impact, front-line sales position focused on lead generation, relationship development, and closing new business. The role is remote but requires regular in-person client meetings. Candidates must be based in or near Louisville, KY or Atlanta, GA.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and engage businesses that would benefit from outsourced HR and PEO services.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their operational challenges and delivering tailored solutions.
Own the full sales cycle—from initial outreach to closing.
Deliver consultative presentations on comprehensive HR services, including compliance, payroll, benefits, risk management, and technology.
Consistently meet or exceed sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Collaborate with internal marketing and operations teams to ensure client success and satisfaction.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, sales, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in PEO or HR outsourcing sales (strongly preferred).
Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Proven ability to prospect, network, and close deals in a competitive environment.
Strong financial and business acumen.
Established connections with businesses and local organizations in the Atlanta or Louisville metro areas.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Ability to manage multiple sales processes and client relationships in a fast-paced environment.
