Basic Job Functions
Responsible for full‑cycle Accounts Payable process.
Process a high volume of vendor invoices in the accounting software daily, ensuring timely and accurate posting.
Monitor A/P due dates and issue payments within established pay cycles.
Void payments and invoices, as needed.
Maintain a working relationship with internal divisions and external vendors, keeping them informed of payment progress and missing invoices.
Monitor, reconcile, and verify monthly vendor statements, request copies of missing invoices, and process them promptly.
Manage and reconcile monthly credit card usage.
Assist with monthly closing of A/P modules.
Responsible for vendor information and set‑up.
Process year‑end 1099s for multiple entities.
Minimum Qualifications
Associate’s degree in business or a related field OR two (2) years’ accounting experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Five (5) years or more work experience in an Accounts Payable/Accounting department.
Bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting.
Manufacturing accounting experience is highly preferred.
Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Experience with streaming processes and implementing new procedures and software is a plus.
