What You Will Do
Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products by providing tax advice, full service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries.
Use government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to seek and deliver the right answer to customers using everyday language.
Interact with customers via state‑of‑the‑art video communication software; document interactions to maintain accurate records.
Who You Are
Minimum 2 years paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive tax law knowledge; active PTIN.
Bilingual English/Spanish written and spoken communication skills.
Passionate about helping clients navigate tax complexities; committed to enhancing Intuit’s brand by delighting customers.
Excellent customer service skills; comfortable interacting via video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, confident manner.
What You Need
Internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
Available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.
Compensation The expected base pay range for this position is:
Bay Area, California: $28.80 - $36.50
Southern California: $28.80 - $36.50
Colorado: $27.50 - $34.80
Hawaii: $28.80 - $36.50
Illinois: $27.50 - $34.80
Maryland: $27.50 - $34.80
Massachusetts: $28.80 - $36.50
Minnesota: $24.80 - $30.30
New Jersey: $28.80 - $36.50
New York: $28.80 - $36.50
Ohio: $24.80 - $30.30
Vermont: $27.50 - $34.80
Washington: $28.80 - $36.50
Washington DC: $28.80 - $36.50
This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits.
