Full-Time Experienced Accountant
McMahon Schleifer & Wood, LLC is looking for a full-time Experienced Accountant. Responsibilities of this position will include recording transactions for compilation reports, reconciling bank statements, reviewing client bookkeeping records, and providing other comprehensive bookkeeping support. In addition, this position will assist with tax return preparation for individuals and small businesses. Ideal candidates will have an accounting degree with CPA credentials along with 3+ years of experience.
Experience with Microsoft Office is a must. Experience with QuickBooks, Sage, and other accounting software and tax preparation software are all a plus. Must also have the ability to work independently, be organized, detail oriented, and perform duties with integrity and honesty.
