TEKsystems is currently hiring entry level Mortgage Assistants to start with a Fortune 100 Financial Institution. Position Title: Mortgage Operations Support Assistant (MOSA). Responsibilities
Provide operational support for Management, Supervisory Staff, Mortgage Loan Officers, Processors, and Closers Execute essential mortgage production tasks Assist with new loan setup including indexing, member follow ups, ordering and/or validating documents Track and update action items in database Maintain systematic, consistent, and reliable notes and contact history information on each member interaction and actions taken on accounts Qualifications
Verbal and written communication skills Basic skill performing mathematical calculations and working accurately with numbers Basic skill navigating multiple screens and PC applications and adapting to new technologies Shift/Location
Training Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm Schedule after training: Monday - Friday, 10:30am - 7:00pm Location: Pensacola, FL / hybrid schedule, onsite 2 days per week Attendance and Compensation
Attendance Policy: No time off in the first 6 months Pay: $15.00/hour How to Apply

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $15.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
