Job Summary Client Accounting and Advisory Services (CAAS) includes full‑service CFO advisory, controller functions, bookkeeping, vendor bill processing, payment, customer invoicing, payroll processing, tax reporting, and sales tax preparation. This role delivers practical, high‑impact solutions and collaborates with innovative thinkers to maximize financial and accounting opportunities.
Responsibilities
Process accounts payable invoices and payments
Process accounts receivable invoices and apply payments
Assist with payroll processing and reporting
Perform reconciliations of bank, credit, and loan accounts to the general ledger
Prepare and file sales tax returns
Prepare and enter journal entries
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
B.S. in Accounting or equivalent experience
Experience with QuickBooks preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent communicator
High level of attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organizational, problem‑solving, and analytical skills
Able to manage priorities and workflow
Commitment to excellence and high standards
Salary: $60,000–$65,000
