Overview
The Business Analyst works directly with the director of finance to ensure accurate and timely analysis of key financial functions of the enterprise. The Business Analyst provides support for the budget, month-end close process and variance analysis, the Monthly Operations Report (MOR) and Action OI data gathering and reporting. Provides financial support for departmental leadership and assists with financial analysis for new projects and provides other ad hoc analysis. Understands general operational functions and financial functions, including reimbursement, payment, cost and process functionality. The Business Analyst maintains knowledge of subsystems to ensure information is timely and accurate. Department Description
