We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Workday HCM Consultant to design, configure, and support Workday Time Tracking and Absence Management modules within our HCM system.
Key Responsibilities
Configure and maintain Time Tracking & Absence modules (time entry, calculation rules, accrual policies, leave types).
Develop and troubleshoot business processes, rules, validations, and calculations.
Partner with HR, Payroll, and IT to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
Support integrations with external systems (e.g., Kronos, ADP).
Participate in Workday releases: test new features and assess impacts.
Manage security roles and permissions related to Time & Absence.
Monitor module performance and resolve issues.
Maintain documentation, training materials, and change logs.
Preferred Qualifications
4+ years of hands‑on Workday HCM experience, focused on Time & Absence.
Strong knowledge of Workday Studio, calculated fields, condition rules, and business process frameworks.
Experience configuring time calculation rules, work schedules, accruals, and eligibility rules.
Active Workday HCM certifications.
