Our Sales & Marketing Coordinator plays a vital role in sharing that story, capturing the energy of our concepts, and connecting guests to the heart of who we are. What You’ll Do

Capture content across M Street concepts for use in social, digital, and print campaigns Design in-house advertisements, promotional materials, and branded collateral using Canva (required) and / or Adobe Creative Suite (preferred) Assist with menu design and updates to ensure brand consistency across concepts Partner with the Marketing team to develop and execute campaigns that drive guest engagement and brand awareness Ensure all creative materials align with M Street’s standards of excellence and storytelling voice Provide administrative support to the Sales and Marketing leadership teams Prepare proposals, contracts, menus, and Banquet Event Orders with accuracy and timeliness Maintain booking and account files, ensuring smooth communication with operations teams Support on-site event preparation and execution, reinforcing M Street’s commitment to Perfect Hospitality Collaborate with leaders and teammates across all concepts to deliver seamless guest experiences Serve as a connector between Sales, Marketing, and Operations, ensuring alignment and clarity Who You Are

1–3 years of experience in sales coordination, hospitality marketing, or event support Degree in Sales, Marketing, Hospitality, Tourism, Business, Communications, or related field (preferred) Proficiency in graphic design; Canva required, Adobe Creative Suite preferred Strong organizational skills with a detail-driven mindset Ability to manage multiple projects with confidence and calm Effective communication skills with a collaborative spirit Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds when needed Why M Street
