Position Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented
Sourcing Recruiter
to join our clients' Talent Acquisition team. This role is responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying top talent for current and future hiring needs. The ideal candidate will be skilled in leveraging various sourcing strategies and tools to build strong pipelines of passive candidates across multiple functions and levels.
This will not include full lifecycle recruiting.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
Develop and execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, social media, Boolean searches, and other sourcing tools.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and frequently hired roles.
Conduct initial outreach and screening to assess candidate interest and qualifications.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Stay current on industry trends and best practices in sourcing and talent acquisition.
Promote employer brand and value proposition to passive candidates.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in sourcing or recruiting, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
Strong proficiency with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and ATS platforms.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with Boolean search techniques and creative sourcing methods.
High level of initiative and ability to work independently.
