Financial Services Representative - Ann Arbor, MI Fidelity Investments

Join our team of Financial Services Representatives where you’ll have dedicated time to focus on growth and career development. You will support our customers taking inbound calls while preparing for a future as the official face of Fidelity in our Investor Centers. Supercharge your early planning and advice career at Fidelity with paid training to help you get your Series 7 & 66 licenses, personalized support, knowledgeable career guides, and celebration of your achievements, while building skills and experiences.

During your onboarding experience in this role, you’ll support Fidelity’s customers over the phone by answering questions about account balances, making withdrawals, transferring funds, identifying resources, and placing trades. You will initially work from home and spend one day per week in the Investor Center. Upon completion of your onboarding, you will work in the Investor Center on a daily basis.

What to Expect

Licensing:

Become a FINRA Registered Representative by studying for and obtaining your SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 licenses. These exams are fully paid for and sponsored by Fidelity, with on‑job study time and coaching.

Skill Development:

Spend four days a week working from home and one day a week in an Investor Center. You’ll support customers with increasing complexity, develop new skills, and network with colleagues. After training, you’ll transition to full on‑site work.
