We seek an attorney with a solid background in plaintiff personal injury litigation, including: Trial Expertise
– Extensive experience leading trials as first or second chair Trial Preparation & Motion Practice
– Proficient in preparing cases for trial and handling intricate motions Leadership & Guidance

Seeking an accomplished litigator with a proven track record of successfully taking at least five personal injury cases to jury trial. Join our team and advocate for personal injury clients from start to finish, guiding cases through every phase of litigation. Craft winning case strategies, guide and inspire a legal team, and make a tangible difference in clients’ lives. Aim for optimal outcomes through negotiation or courtroom advocacy. Develop strategic case plans and cultivate a high-performing legal team. Oversee a dedicated POD, including domestic and international team members, managing a robust caseload and maximizing earning potential through performance. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and a JD (or equivalent) from an accredited law school; State Bar of Georgia membership required; additional bar memberships advantageous. Minimum of five first or second chair jury trials in personal injury; experience with bench trials, appellate work, motions, mediation, and arbitration. Strong written and oral communication; writing sample required; appellate briefs experience preferred. Proficiency in research, drafting, and negotiation; ability to work independently and as part of a team. Demonstrated commitment to attaining optimal results in litigation. Compensation
Compensation: $200,000 - $300,000 per year plus incentives. For the right candidate, there is potential for partnership, including equity partnership.
