Job Description The Field Inspector (Level 3) performs inspection for all multi‑channel products. Core responsibilities include using the iInspector application to collect information and capture quality images for various equipment and inspection types. The position requires proficient equipment operator experience, comprehensive understanding of common and specialized equipment types, and the ability to professionally communicate with sales staff and external customers for effective inspection processing. Inspectors have daily interaction with Inspection Liaisons & other regional inspectors to prioritize workflow in a team environment.

Responsibilities

Use iInspector application to complete inspections for various equipment & inspection product types

Coordinate and/or perform tasks to prepare equipment for inspection

Create strategic routes that drive overall efficiency for remote inspections

Navigate unique equipment types to select proper inspection checklist that drives content accuracy

Make equipment condition assessments and provide thorough information to best describe

Action inspection type upgrades or downgrades to align with equipment condition when warranted

Communicate and resolve equipment identification and readiness issues

Navigate and resolve technical concerns related to iInspector app and inspection content processing

Organize daily tasks in a manner that drives effective sale processing for multi‑channel products

Act as a lead onsite coordinator for large remote sales and mentor junior‑level inspectors

Support auction day activities as needed

Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

3 – 5 years of experience in related equipment industry environment

Experience working in a field office and outdoor work environment

Salary Range: $65,000 - $68,000
