Job Details
Full-time 40-hour work weeks.
Support the Finance team
Salary up to: $57,500.00
Benefits
Generous leave including 15 days of vacation, 15 days of sick leave and 11 paid holidays annually.

Responsibilities
Maintains payment files in proper order and ensure payments are being completed
Verifies accounting data ensuring proper accounting procedures are followed
Ensures accurate data entry
Processes invoices for payment
Reviews P-Card transactions for accuracy; editing as needed
Process employee withholding claims
Verifies accounting data ensuring proper accounting procedures are followed
Researches and reviews Purchase Orders and contracts for payment terms and conditions
Assists in resolving invoice and travel issues
Physical Demands and Work Environment
This position works in a comfortable office setting with a computer for a large percentage of the work day.
The noise level in the work environment is usually mild.
Occasional travel may be required.
Minimum Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, finance, or a closely related field, or equivalent; and
One (1) year of clerical, bookkeeping, or accounting experience; or
A combination of education and experience, substituting one year of experience for each year of the required degree.
Preference Will Be Given To Candidates Who Possess
Experience with PeopleSoft or other ERP systems
