Position Type: Athletics/Activities/Coaching | Location: Milford High School | District: Huron Valley Schools | Salary: Per contract Schedule B | Reports to: Athletic Director | Status: School Year 2025-2026 | Start Date: ASAP.
Position Description Huron Valley Schools is seeking an enthusiastic, energetic, and innovative Assistant Girls Swim Coach to support the development of student athletes.
Minimum Qualifications
Able to instruct athletes in fundamental skills, strategy, and physical training necessary for individual and team success.
Coaching experience preferred.
Playing experience at the high school or college level preferred.
Essential Functions
Provide proper safeguards for maintenance and protection of assigned equipment and sites.
Perform duties assigned by the Athletic Director.
Instill respect for equipment and school property in each player.
Implement and design clinics to promote the sport.
Schedule all practices, clinics, camps and competitions.
Continue to grow professionally by attending seminars and clinics.
Maintain discipline and work to increase morale and cooperation.
Education and Experience: High School diploma and/or related experience. Language: Ability to speak and write effectively.
