Key Responsibilities
Greet guests with a friendly and professional demeanor, providing a positive first impression of the hotel
Assist guests with luggage handling, ensuring a smooth and effortless check-in process
Park and retrieve guests' vehicles safely and efficiently, maintaining a secure and organized valet area
Provide information about the hotel's facilities, services, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience
Assist with guest inquiries and special requests, aiming to exceed their expectations
Collaborate with the front desk and concierge teams to ensure seamless guest service
Maintain a clean and tidy entrance and lobby area, ensuring a welcoming ambiance for guests
Adhere to all health and safety regulations and hotel policies
Qualifications
Must hold valid authorization to work in the USA
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
