What You’ll Do

Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs)

Develop and update individualized treatment plans

Supervise and mentor RBTs and BCaBAs

Choose from diverse caseload options

Work predominantly in school and community settings, with wraparound support in‑home encouraging active caregiver participation

Maintain Medicaid/insurance documentation standards

Qualifications

Active BCBA certification
