Job Purpose Provide full and comprehensive board‑level support to the President BritBox North America & General Manager, BritBox International. Manage a busy calendar, meetings, expenses, travel, and daily operations to maximize effectiveness and efficiency.

Responsibilities

Coordinate complex calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements with meticulous attention to detail.

Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports for meetings and presentations.

Proactively provide support to ensure day‑to‑day operations run smoothly.

Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.

Serve as a liaison between the President and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining positive relationships and ensuring seamless communication.

Assist in special projects and initiatives as assigned, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to take on new challenges.

Provide general administrative support, including managing expenses, processing invoices, and other ad hoc tasks as needed.

Oversee the President’s inbox, distinguishing between urgent, important, and low‑priority items to support effective decision‑making.

Co‑ordinate all internal and international travel arrangements, managing multiple timezones with ease.

Track claim expenses and ensure timely reimbursement.

Serve as a trusted ambassador, maintaining positive relationships across the business and with external partners.

Other Additional Duties (May Include)

Provide ad‑hoc support in arranging large multi‑departmental meetings.

Assist with the production of presentations and/or material delivery.

Ensure that meeting rooms are booked and set up as required.

Reception duties for external stakeholders: welcoming guests, providing refreshments, etc.

Act responsibly and maintain strict confidentiality at all times regarding sensitive company information or personnel matters.

Cater for team lunches and large senior leadership meetings.

Collaborate with the existing BritBox Executive Assistant (NY) on broader projects, events, and wider team meetings.

Knowledge and Experience

Strong ability to prioritize tasks and work with agility and pace at a senior executive level.

Proven experience providing C‑suite/Director‑level EA support.

Sound administrative skills including meeting organization and calendar management.

Discretion and confidentiality are paramount; ability to handle sensitive information with tact and diplomacy.

Calm, self‑motivated, and confident disposition.

Demonstrated ability to operate well within a team.

Flexible and creative approach to problem solving.

Proactive self‑starter with initiative and accurate organization.

Ability to multitask and define priorities.

Enthusiastic, efficient, positive, and a self‑starter.

Confident communicator with strong written skills; keen eye for detail.

Ability to build relationships across departments.

Technical proficiency in GSuite, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Knowledge of BBC business model and passion for British TV.

Salary Range $85‑90k base salary + competitive benefits + bonus potential
