Site Lead UH-60L Operational Flight Trainer Location:

Khamis Mushait, Saudi Arabia

Salary:

$80-100k

Overview:

Our client is seeking an experienced Site Lead/Instructor to support UH-60L Operational Flight Trainer operations in Saudi Arabia. This position provides flight simulator instruction, operational support, and liaison services for military aviation training programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate simulator scheduling and training with supported aviation units.

Prepare and submit simulator flight hour and utilization reports.

Conduct simulator inspections, readiness checks, and maintenance test flights.

Track and record simulator flight hours for all pilots.

Develop and maintain a flight simulator training SOP, subject to COR approval.

Provide instruction in aircraft systems, instrument flight, mission scenarios, and emergency procedures.

Operate the Instructor Operator Station (IOS) for mission scenarios, flight management, fault insertion, ATC services, and weather control.

Deliver comprehensive flight instruction, evaluations, and debriefings in line with U.S. Army or host nation standards.

Manage pre-flight planning, in-flight instruction, and post-flight critiques.

Maintain and update flight information publications and technical manuals.

Train and evaluate simulator I/Os and aviators as needed.

Serve as a subject matter expert on aircrew training manuals and aviation procedures.

Recommend simulator software and hardware improvements.

Develop and provide training materials, courseware, and instructional programs.

Qualifications:

Significant military aviation experience.

Certified Instructor Pilot (UH-60L).

Recent UH-60L Operational Flight Trainer experience (within last 3 years).

Experience operating the Instructor Operator Station (IOS).

Minimum of 10 years in supervisory, program management, or simulation roles.

Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Proven ability to manage schedules and training operations.

Valid passport and driver’s license required.
