Job Description To support our continued growth and performance, we’re seeking an innovative, analytical, left‑brained digital marketing enthusiast ready to do more than just average SEM.
The Digital Marketing Specialist (SEO/PPC) will provide inventive and intelligent perspective and implementation of a variety of digital marketing practices including paid search, display advertising, social media advertising, remarketing, e‑commerce media buying and search engine optimization.
This role is to work onsite in Charlotte, NC (South End).
General Job Duties
Design and develop digital media buying campaigns.
Monitor budget and ad spend.
Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns to improve ROI.
Perform ongoing keyword research, expansion and optimization.
Implement ongoing A/B and user experience testing for ads, placements and landing pages.
Work with internal development and design teams to create dynamic landing pages.
Work closely with content development teams to implement and consistently optimize campaigns.
Collaborate and support the internal SEO team to develop holistic approaches to digital marketing strategies.
Collaborate with other internal teams to create cohesive strategies for client success.
Remain current on ever‑changing industry best‑practices, trends and SEM strategies.
Qualifications and Key Skills
Authorized to work in the US for any employer now and in the future.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
2‑3 years of hands‑on SEM experience with a passion for digital marketing.
Strong working knowledge of PPC and SEO best practices.
Ability to analyze performance data and compose insightful reports for clients and internal teams.
Experience with Adobe Marketing Cloud a plus.
Strong communicator with excellent verbal, written and presentation skills for presenting data in a digestible way.
Ability to prioritize, multi‑task, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent ability to collaborate with internal and external teams.
