We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative AI Architect to lead the design and implementation of cutting‑edge AI and ML solutions. In this role, the candidate will define the strategy and roadmap for our AI initiatives, spanning traditional machine learning and Generative AI (GenAI) use cases. The candidate will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business needs into scalable, ethical, and effective AI‑driven solutions.

The Role Responsibilities

Define and drive the

AI/ML architecture

and strategic roadmap, emphasizing

Generative AI

and innovative use cases.

Design comprehensive end‑to‑end AI solutions, including

data ingestion ,

feature engineering ,

model training ,

inference pipelines , and

monitoring frameworks .

Lead the integration of

Large Language Models (LLMs)

and

Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG)

frameworks utilizing tools such as

LangChain, LangGraph , or similar.

Collaborate with stakeholders across business units to convert requirements into robust AI technical solutions.

Evaluate, select, and recommend appropriate AI/ML tools, cloud services, frameworks, and libraries tailored to specific project needs.

Ensure

model governance, security, explainability , and compliance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements.

Guide engineering teams in implementing AI components that are scalable, reliable, and high‑performing.

Work closely with DevOps to establish

CI/CD pipelines

for AI models, including

model versioning ,

A/B testing , and deployment strategies.

Stay informed about industry trends, academic research, and emerging technologies in AI, and advocate for best practices.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field; Ph.D. is a plus.

Extensive experience in designing and deploying AI/ML solutions at scale.

Strong expertise in deep learning, natural language processing (NLP), and Generative AI applications.

Hands‑on experience with LLMs, RAG frameworks, and relevant tools like LangChain, LangGraph, or equivalents.

In‑depth understanding of data pipelines, feature engineering, and model lifecycle management.

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization/orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).

Knowledge of AI model governance, security, privacy, and ethical AI practices.

Proven ability to lead technical teams and communicate complex AI concepts effectively.

Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and project management skills.

Preferred, but not required:

Publications or contributions in AI/ML research or industry.

Experience with CI/CD practices for ML workflows.

Familiarity with responsible AI standards and frameworks.
