The Role GreenLite is hiring its first full‑time B2B Marketing Manager to own marketing from strategy to execution. You’ll shape the foundation of our marketing engine, define how the world learns about GreenLite, and drive measurable growth across the funnel in a high‑impact, fast‑paced environment.
What you’ll be doing
Own and execute a quarterly B2B marketing strategy aligned to company and sales goals.
Define, manage, and maximize ROI across the marketing budget.
Build a data‑driven approach to campaign planning, attribution, and measurement.
Identify opportunities to use AI tools to increase velocity and reduce manual effort across the funnel.
Drive demand generation and lead growth through digital campaigns (email, LinkedIn, search/social) and performance marketing programs.
Build marketing workflows and systems using HubSpot and other automation tools.
Create and refine brand, content, and communications foundations, including website copy, pitch decks, case studies, one‑pagers, blogs, videos, and social media.
Own the GreenLite website and organic presence to support awareness and lead capture.
Ensure clean, consistent messaging across channels for builders, developers, and partners.
Enable the sales and partnerships teams with collateral, email campaigns, and playbooks.
Partner closely with sales to align feedback loops and messaging.
Contribute to joint go‑to‑market efforts with channel partners and strategic collaborators.
Execute high‑impact campaigns and events; plan and manage presence at key conferences and industry events.
Run omnichannel campaigns that mix digital, print, PR, and events to reach buyers.
Build foundational marketing ops and analytics, define and track key metrics (CAC, CPL, MQLs, attribution).
Monitor and report on campaign performance with clear recommendations.
Set up templates, processes, and automations that scale with the team.

What we’re looking for
5–8+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in a startup or tech‑enabled services.
Proven success in demand generation, digital marketing, and AI‑tool integration.
Experience owning strategy and execution across brand, content, performance, and ops functions.
Strong cross‑functional collaboration with sales, partnerships, and product teams.
Excellent writing and communication skills that simplify complex concepts.
Data‑driven mindset with proficiency in HubSpot, Google Analytics, and other marketing tools.
Self‑starter with a builder mentality who thrives in ambiguity and takes full ownership.
Bonus: Marketing a tech‑enabled service, AI‑powered product, or in construction tech / proptech.
