Lead Product Designer – Launch Potato (Contract to Hire) We are a profitable digital media company that reaches over 30M+ monthly visitors through brands such as FinanceBuzz, All About Cookies, and OnlyInYourState.

Compensation $150,000 to $180,000 per year. Base salary is set according to market rates, with profit‑sharing bonus, competitive benefits, and performance‑based increases.

Core Responsibilities Drive measurable revenue and performance gains by designing data‑informed, CRO‑optimized user experiences across Launch Potato web properties.

Outcomes

Deliver complete, test‑ready user experiences – from concept to high‑fidelity prototypes and dev hand‑off – backed by A/B test results and user insights.

Independently lead design projects at all stages: stakeholder alignment, UX strategy, UI development, and post‑test iteration.

Generate UX insights by analyzing behavioral data, metrics (CVR, RPS), heatmaps, and user recordings.

Identify and improve underperforming experiences through iterative UX/CRO design.

Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and other stakeholders to align design solutions with business goals and constraints.

Champion and mentor design best practices across the organization.

Propose design process improvements that enhance experimentation velocity and scalability.

MUST HAVE

8+ years of UX/UI experience in performance marketing, lead generation, or a similar data‑driven environment.

Expertise in data‑informed design focused on optimizing key metrics such as conversion rate (CVR) and revenue per session.

Mastery of Figma or similar wireframing/prototyping tools; fluency with Adobe Creative Suite.

Hands‑on experience collaborating with developers and executing A/B tests for CRO.

Excellent communication skills and ability to present design rationale to both technical and non‑technical audiences.

Experience 8+ years of UX/UI experience within performance marketing, lead generation, or conversion rate optimization environments.
