What You Will Do
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and advise on the suitability of approaches for communication efforts.
Track and analyze metrics to measure the effectiveness of internal communications.
Assist in the planning and creation of content for employee communication channels, ensuring messaging and branding are consistent across all channels.
Develop and distribute communications materials to division and enterprise stakeholders, such as written communications and presentation materials, to deliver key messages.
Required Skills
Bachelor’s degree in communications or related field.
Knowledge of effective listening, speaking, and influencing techniques for various audiences.
Experience producing and distributing internal communications materials, such as newsletters and other employee-facing content.
Proficiency with multimedia publishing technologies and procedures; ability to use audio, visual, and animation software to create publications.
Copywriting and editing skills; ability to write, review, and edit texts to promote key messages.
Planning and organizing skills; ability to allocate time and resources efficiently and systematically.
Decision‑making and critical‑thinking skills; ability to analyze situations and reach informed decisions.
Additional Information
Location: Peoria, IL or Irving, TX.
Domestic relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates.
Sponsorship is not available.
International and domestic travel up to 5% of time.
