The Marketing Coordinator supports the Director of Strategic Growth and contributes to IPC’s mission by executing marketing activities that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and client engagement across our Managed IT, Cybersecurity, and Compliance services. This part‑time remote role is ideal for a proactive, organized professional with a creative mindset who enjoys working in the B2B technology space. The Marketing Coordinator will help execute marketing campaigns, manage content, assist in events, and ensure brand consistency across all channels. Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Validation

Support digital marketing campaigns that generate qualified leads for managed IT, cybersecurity, and compliance services. Assist with CRM data entry, campaign tracking, and lead follow‑up coordination. Help monitor lead sources, campaign ROI, and basic performance analytics. Brand Standards, Management & Awareness

Maintain IPC’s brand identity across all marketing materials and channels. Ensure consistency in tone, design, and messaging across web, email, and social media. Support brand awareness initiatives including partner co‑marketing and vendor promotions. Campaign & Journey Management

Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across email, web, and social platforms. Help manage automated email nurture sequences and landing pages. Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate campaign delivery. Collect, organize, and summarize data for marketing reports using Google Analytics, GlassHive, and SEO tools. Assist in tracking campaign performance and identifying key trends. Support optimization efforts for ads, website traffic, and engagement. Content Creation & Management (Educate & Engage)

Draft, edit, and publish content such as blog posts, social media updates, newsletters, and marketing collateral. Collaborate with engineers and subject matter experts to simplify technical information for target audiences. Maintain IPC’s content calendar to ensure regular publishing and alignment with campaign goals. Website Management

Support routine website updates (copy, blog posts, landing pages). Ensure pages are up to date, visually consistent, and optimized for SEO. Coordinate with web vendors for larger updates or technical support. Brand Advocate / Energizer / Innovator

Serve as a positive ambassador for the IPC brand and culture. Bring fresh ideas for creative marketing initiatives, social campaigns, or content improvements. Collaborate with the IPC Leadership Team to continuously enhance IPC’s brand voice and market reach. Event Planning & Management (Webinars & In‑Person Engagements)

Assist in planning and promoting webinars, lunch‑and‑lains, and local networking events. Coordinate logistics such as registrations, reminders, and event follow‑up. Collaborate with vendor partners (e.g., Microsoft, Cisco) for joint marketing initiatives. Track and report attendance, engagement, and lead outcomes post‑event. Develop and manage promotional campaigns to drive attendance, leveraging email, social, and paid channels. Oversee event logistics including registration, venue coordination (for in‑person events), platform setup (for virtual events), and marketing communications. Collect and analyze post‑event metrics such as attendance, engagement, and lead conversion to measure success and identify improvement opportunities. Maintain an ongoing calendar of events and activities to support business development goals and enhance client and prospect engagement. Other Responsibilities

Participate in team meetings, mentoring, and training opportunities. Identify and report customer concerns and issues. Identify and communicate opportunities for marketing process improvements. Bring new ideas on how to provide better customer support. Maintain a positive, team‑oriented approach aligned with IPC’s mission and values. General Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (or current pursuit of degree) in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred. 1–3 years of marketing experience, ideally in an IT, MSP, or B2B technology environment. Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., GlassHive, ConnectWise). Understanding of IT service offerings such as managed IT, cybersecurity, compliance standards, and infrastructure solutions. Working knowledge of SEO, social media management, and analytics tools. Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently with minimal supervision. Creative, energetic, and passionate about connecting technology solutions with real business outcomes. The ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing requirements. Ability to be a self‑starter and possess good time management skills. Strong ability to work in a team‑based environment. Creative mindset with strong organizational and problem‑solving skills.
