Senior Manager, Forecasting & Analytics
EPM Scientific is partnered with a leading pharmaceutical company to hire a Director of Forecasting & Analytics. Responsibilities
Develop and manage advanced forecasting models, including patient, prescription, and revenue projections across multiple indications and regions.
Apply simulation techniques to quantify uncertainty and enhance forecast reliability.
Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform strategic planning and shape brand and portfolio strategies.
Collaborate cross-functionally to align on forecast assumptions and integrate insights from commercial, medical, and analytics teams.
Deliver clear, data-driven recommendations through impactful presentations that support strategic decision-making at the leadership level.
Requirements
6+ years of experience in forecasting/analytics in the biopharma industry
Skilled in advanced forecasting, including dynamic patient-based models and analog/uptake curve analysis.
Strong analytical capabilities with expertise in interpreting data trends and making strategic, data-driven decisions.
Deep knowledge of pharma market dynamics, including forecasting inputs, access/reimbursement, and competitive landscapes.
Effective communicator and project manager, with a proven ability to influence senior leaders and deliver results on time.
