The Treasury Operations Manager oversees the organization’s treasury functions to ensure optimal cash management, liquidity, and compliance. This role is pivotal in establishing and maintaining banking relationships, negotiating banking terms, and supporting business objectives through effective treasury processes. The Treasury Operations Manager leads a team, including two direct reports responsible for Company disbursement processes. Additionally, the role will collaborate with the Credit Manager, who is responsible for credit and accounts receivable activities. Key Responsibilities

Cash Management and Treasury Operations: Manage daily treasury operations, including cash positioning, short- and long-term cash flow forecasting, investments, letters of credit / financing collateral, and payments processing to ensure adequate liquidity for business needs. Develop and execute strategies to optimize working capital, including monitoring receivables, payables, and inventory levels, and recommending initiatives to improve cash conversion cycles. Analyze liquidity requirements, identify funding needs or surplus funds, and propose actions to support optimal capital allocation across the organization. Analyze and report on cash positions, liquidity metrics, and banking fees, providing recommendations to drive efficiency and cost savings. In collaboration with FP&A, develop cash flow forecasts for budget and forecasting cycles Plan and manage interest costs incurred on credit facilities. Lead initiatives to automate and streamline treasury operations, including the implementation of treasury management systems or banking technology. Evaluate and recommend banking products and services to improve cash management efficiency, including cash pooling. In collaboration with Tax, develop efficient and effective ways to repatriate cash from international subsidiaries to the US. Disbursements and Payments

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the disbursements team, including accounts payable, electronic payments, purchasing card, and employee expense reimbursements. Ensure timely processing of all outgoing payments in compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. Develop, implement, and maintain policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy in the disbursements process. Relationship Management

Develop and maintain strong relationships with domestic and international banking partners; act as the primary liaison for all banking matters. Negotiate banking agreements, fees, service levels, and credit arrangements; regularly review to ensure competitive terms. Oversee bank account documentation, access controls, signatory management, and KYC requirements. Oversee and coordinate the company’s enterprise fleet program for private passenger vehicles, including support for risk and insurance management, vehicle renewals, mileage tracking, incentive plan adjustments, record retention, and participant coordination Coordinate with internal teams (Accounting, AR, Tax, Legal, etc.) to support business operations and facilitate smooth treasury processes. Compliance, Control and Risk Management

Monitor and manage company bank accounts, ensuring proper controls, security, and compliance with internal policies and external regulations. Support internal and external audits related to banking and treasury activities. Stay current on industry trends and regulatory changes that may impact treasury or banking operations. Expected Skills And Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related business field required. Minimum of 7 years of progressively responsible experience in treasury operations, corporate banking, or related financial functions. Proven experience managing banking relationships and negotiating service agreements. Hands-on experience with treasury management systems and banking platforms. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills. High attention to detail with demonstrated accuracy in financial analysis and reporting. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to negotiate effectively and communicate across all levels of the organization. Demonstrated initiative and ability to lead projects, manage multiple priorities, and work independently in a fast-paced environment. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Suite applications (Word, SharePoint, PowerPoint). Preferred Skills And Qualifications

Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) or Master’s degree in a related discipline. Experience with SAP and OneStream or similar enterprise financial systems. Familiarity with international cash repatriation, cash pooling, and intercompany funding structures. Demonstrated success implementing process automation or treasury technology enhancements. Pre-Employment Requirement

Employment offers are contingent upon successful completion of a drug screen and background check. This requirement is especially critical for safety-sensitive roles. The annual base salary range for this position is $125,000 - $145,000. The actual pay will be determined based on factors such as location, experience, skills, and qualifications.
