Job Skills / Requirements We are hiring Flex Security Officers covering multiple sites in the Inland Empire, CA. Flex positions offer a pay rate of $23/hr, paid weekly, advancing to $25/hr after a 90‑day probation period. (Must be flexible to work any shift and travel to nearby sites).

Requirements

CA Guard Card / 40‑hour Certificate preferred

CPR Card

Minimum two years security officer experience

Successfully complete Sunstates background check which includes a 10‑Panel Drug Screen and the client’s extensive background check

Must be 21 years of age or older with a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and more than 3 years of driving experience

Truck gate experience

Concierge experience

Two‑way radio communications experience

Microsoft Office suites experience

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service by upholding our standards in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner.

Exhibit natural composure and an infectious attitude toward arising issues with the ability to adapt quickly and develop practical solutions with minimal supervision.

Prepare all required written reports in an ongoing and timely manner, including but not limited to Daily Activity Reports (DARs) and Incident Reports.

Operate phones, radios, and computer systems and applications such as MAC IOS, Microsoft Office 365, and Google Suites.

Monitor Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) and alarm panels for emergencies and potential issues.

Follow site‑specific post orders, pass down messages, and remain in compliance with employee handbook guidelines at all times.

Conduct interior and exterior patrols within an office and industrial complex.

Education Requirements High School diploma or equivalent.
